Congratulations Matt & Gina!

What a beautiful, perfectly planned wedding day for these two love birds! I’ve had the privilegeĀ of anticipating this wedding for nearly a year and their day did not disappoint! Such joy on Matt’s face as Gina walked down the aisle and for good reason – Gina, you were gorgeous! Congratulations to you both!

A big shout out to Carley for second shooting. Couldn’t have done it without you šŸ™‚

Rob and Justine say ‘I Do’

Got an unexpected phone call from a sweet high school friend asking if I would capture herĀ wedding day! I loved every moment with these adorableĀ people. Rob and JustineĀ tied the knot at Point Breezeway right next to Frick Park. It was a perfect, quaint, full-of-character spot to get married. Between their personally written vows, s’more station, and soda bar it was a sweet, cozy, memorable evening. Congratulations you two!

Sometimes I get excited about photography sessions because I get to shoot in a unique, outdoor location. This particular session took place in a small, drab courtroom in downtown Butler…It might be one of my favorites, though. Here’s why: the Slay family has been fostering twin girls for the past 8 months. Last Friday, they sat before a (very kind and patient) judge and entered into a legally binding relationship –with Addie & Eleanor– as their new and forever parents. Not a dry eye people. It was beautiful and memorable and such an incredible picture of the gospel of Jesus Christ who chose us and adopted us as his children forever.
