On Saturday, February 6, 2016 I randomly chose a lunch table at IF: Gathering. I met four sweet ladies and one of them happened to be this gorgeous bride. We got to talking and found out that her mother went to high school with mine and that my grandfather officiated her parent’s wedding!
We also realized a common passion for missions in the Dominican Republic. Naturally, she joined me on the next mission trip. This boy also went on the trip; his name is Zack.
I swapped plane tickets with said boy so they could sit together…they held hands 🙂 One year later, I had the great privilege of photographing their wedding! Rachel is a beautiful soul and a dear friend. Congratulations, from the bottom of my heart! Love you both.
